How people join this program
People join by filling in the form above on this page. You enter your own mobile number and tick the box or boxes for the kind of messages you want — informational, promotional, or both. Neither box is ticked for you. The consent text beside each box names Optic Holdings LLC as the sender, states that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to use STOP and HELP, and it links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
After you submit the form we send one confirmation text to the number you entered. You are not subscribed until you reply YES to that message. If you never reply, we do not message you again.
We also text property owners in North Carolina directly about exterior cleaning and roofline lighting. Those messages are covered by the same rules on this page: at most one message unless you reply, STOP works immediately, and HELP always answers.

To start receiving messages again, reply START or UNSTOP.
You do not have to use the word STOP. If you tell us in your own words that you do not want to be contacted, we will honor that too, and we will record it so it applies to every brand we market for. You may also email hello@tapoptic.com or write to us at the address below.
